Day 1: Fly / Istanbul

Arrive in Istanbul and transfer to your hotel. In the afternoon depart at about 13:00 for half day tour. Bosphorus Cruise, the strait between Black Sea and Marmara Sea which seperates Istanbul into two continents. A beautiful cruise to see different aspects of Istanbul. Visit Egyptian Spice Market to see the atmosphere of an Ottoman shopping centre which still have several shops for spices. After the tour, return to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 2: Istanbul

After breakfast departure approx 08:00 am  for a half-day sightseeing tour of Istanbul. Hagia Sophia; 6th C. One of the oldest, the biggest and the most beautiful buildings of Istanbul. A Byzantin church , an Ottoman Mosque, a Republican museum; a temple for all civilisations.”, Blue Mosque; The only Imperial mosque of the Ottomans with six minarets. The mosque takes its name from its 21043 dominant blue colored handmade tiles. It's built on the site of the Great Palace of Byzantium, on the southeastern side of the Hippodrome” “The Hippodrome of Constantinople a chariot-racing track and the sporting and social centre of Constantinople. Grand Bazaar. Free time for shopping. Overnight in Istanbul. (B)

Day 3: Istanbul / Ankara/ Cappadocia

After breakfast transfer to the airport to catch the flight to Ankara.(FLIGHT:ANKARA TK 2108) Upon arrival start the tour. Anatolian Civilization Museum a well prepared museum with several exhibitions from all over  Anatolia Mausoleum of Ataturk the burial place of the founder of modern Turkey and a museum about the republican times. After lunch drive to Cappadocia. Overnight in Cappadocia. (B/L/D)

Day 4 : Cappadocia

Breakfast at the hotel, The Underground City of Kaymakli 6 layer of underground city from Byzantine times with a capacity of 1500 people. Stables, churches, kitchen, depos, vantilation schafts are connected each other with tunnels. Citadel of Uçhisar, the highest point of Cappadocia with a huge big rock Castle with almost 300 caves. Göreme Open air Museum, The biggest monastery of Cappadocia from Byzantine times. The cave churches are beautifully decorated with fresco. Paşabağ valley, the most interesting part of Cappadocia in terms of  landscapes. The biggest Fairy Chimneys ( Mushroom shape rocks), Avanos the handcraft center of Cappadocia, Avanos is the center of pottery for 4000 years. Return to hotel for dinner & overnight.(B/L/D)

Day 5: Cappadocia / Konya / Pamukkale

Early departure for Konya. On the way visit the 13th Century Seljukian caravanserai Sultanhani. The next stop will be Konya which is famous with Mevlana Museum and the Theological Scholl of Whirling Dervishes. Lunch Enroute, drive to Pamukkale. (B/L/D)

Day 6: Pamukkale / Kusadasi

Breakfast and visit the ancient city of Hierapolis. The ruins of the biggest Necropolis Graveyard of the ancient world, Roman Baths, Basilica and calcium cliffs. Drive to Aphrodisias. After lunch visit the Greco – Roman settlement which is remarkably well preserved. The ancient city is dedicated to the Godess of Love, Aphrodite. Drive to Kusadasi, dinner and overnight. (B/L/D)

Day 7: Kusadasi / Istanbul

After breakfast at the hotel, Drive to Meryemana and visit the House of Virgin Mary. Continue to Ephesus, the Roman Capital of Asia Minor. Visit the ruins of Odeon, Hercules Gate, the Temple of Hadrian, the magnificent library, Agora and fantastic Greco-roman theatre. After lunch visit the Basilica of St. John drive to Izmir and Transfer to the airport to catch the flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.(B/L)

Day 8:Kusadasi /Istanbul / Home

After breakfast, transfer to the airport to catch your flight home via Istanbul. (B)
