Requirement:(for Normal)

1) Age Proof : Class X Certificate & Birth Certificate
2) Address proof : Domicile or residential + Bank Passbook + Electricity Bill or Telephone bill or Ration Card
3) Identity Proof : Election I card + Driving Licence + Pan Card or Adhar Card
4) Educational Qualification : Highest Educational Qualification of the applicant.

If an applicant wants to apply in Urgent or TATKAL  then he or she should produce these additional documents apart from the above mentioned documents :-

5) Affidavit as per annexure I ( Please refer  www.passportindia.gov.in)
6) Two copies of Verification certificate as per annexure F issued by competent authority ( Pl refer Annexures column of the website)

If the applicant is a Govt. Servant he or she should give Identity certificate as per annexure B(its comulsory for both normal and TATKAL scheme)  instead of annexure F

In case of a minor (child below 14 years of age) a declaration as per annexure H from both parents along with the photostate copies of the passports of both the parents are required.

Our consultancy charges are Rs 3500/- for Normal Passports and Rs 4500/- for TATKAL which are exclusive of Govt. fees.
